2010-The Plan

It's that time again--time to lay out my goals for the New Year.

1) To quit eating out so much. I have to make myself cook!
2) To really think before I purchase anything--do I "need" it or just "want" it to have it.
3) To get more exercise!!
4) To not "have" to have the last word.
5) To rid myself and my home of unwanted/unneeded items.

That's the list, only 5 this year but they encompass a lot. They all have to do with being more disciplined in a lot of areas of my life.

Lastly today I wanted to pass along something that one of my facebook friends had posted. She said they spent Jan 1 going through the house room by room and making a list of all the little items that needed to be repaired. I thought this was a great idea, but I'm going to do the walk through and make my list of all the little hiding places that seem to accumulate junk in my house and take them one by one this year and go through them. Thanks Cindy for a terrific idea!!!

I sure like that idea of going through the house and making lists of all the places that accumulate junk and get them cleaned out in the coming year. I think I need to do that too. It may have to wait a few weeks until I have use of both arms though. I will go much smoother that way.

Yes, Lorie, you need to take it easy until you have two good arms!!! You know it seems like yesterday that we were talking about our 2009 goals and here it is 2010. I can't wait til the summer, when we are together again, LOL!!!
